Translators: Our translators are all professional, mother tongue translators with many years experience behind them, almost all of them are actively involved in their communities.

Interpreters: We apply 2 or more of the following criteria in selecting Interpreters on our register. 

• Have been formally assessed by and registered with other Interpreting agencies.
• Considerable experience in interpreting
• Have DPSI or other Interpreting qualifications
• References
• Have received trainings

Support and Monitoring:

If you are unhappy with an interpreter please register your concern with us.  We will take it up with the interpreter.  If there are several complaints about an interpreter from different customers, the interpreter will be removed from our register.  Equally if Interpreters are consistently having problem with a customer over Invoice payment we will put the customer on our bad payers list.
