When your client can't read his/her own language we can have an Interpreter read and explain the translated document over the phone.  This is a cheaper alternative to Audio format which is usually used for multiple clients.

With your clients permission please provide us with the contact telephone number and any specific date and time your client wishes to receive the call.

Charges of this service will be same as Telephone Interpreting which is around £5 per minute with £10 minimum for each call.  Some Interpreter’s rate is higher but usually most of them are flexible.
