Translators: We apply the following criteria in selecting Translators  for our register. 

• Formal qualification or certificates i.e. Dip Trans
• Experiences
• References
• Registration with other reputable Translation Services

Interpreters: We apply 2 or more of the following criteria in selecting Interpreters for our register. 

• Have been formally assessed by and registered with other Interpreting agencies.
• Considerable experience in interpreting
• Have DPSI or other Interpreting qualifications
• References
• Have received trainings
